"This one time, at band clamp, I stuck my flute... " :D

those band camps ... err clamps i cant find around here and the other style came in the package from tti and didnt really want to run around to find that style or order from summit racing for the clamps. So i just used what i had.

We have oodles of 'em at work down to 3" but at least two auto parts stores in the area carry them down to 2". They're not cheap compared to a saddle clamp, but readily available?

Mr. Rock has them at his Auto under "Tools & Universal Parts/Exhaust/Clamps". I think he just blessed us recently with a new discount code, but if not I have a good one. Shipping too high? It should stay off drugs, but regardless your local Canadian Princess or whatever freakin' parts stores y'all have up yonder should be able to do something with the part numbers from the RockAuto site. Get stainless. It's worth the extra money.

You're welcome.

nearest place is carquest with very little selection

the rest is a long story ...

So i just stick with what i have used.

We stock 'em at the CarQuest where I hang out Saturday mornings, but no real reason to switch out what's working thus far.

So i have been busy filling fluids into the tranny, rear end, oil in the engine, coolant in the rad and brake fluid in the master cylinder.

Tonight fuel was put into the tank, filled up the bowls with fuel.
Driver seat bolted tight to turn the key, shifter linkage set up.

Tomorrow for hemi day the plan is to crank the engine over and let her rumble for 20 min to be sure i have no leaks and everything is working.
Possible video coming .....:giggedy:

went to turn her over and had no spark.
Started to do some digging and figured it was the ignition coil

Replaced the coil. Then went to try again and still no spark.

Watched the distributor and it was not turning. which was odd because it was spinning before i put the engine into the engine bay:wtf:
Dug deeper and camshaft was not spinning

Tore the water pump and timing cover off the 340 and this is what i found

So now to gather parts to fix this issue. So its going to be awhile to get that fixed
:-( very sad day :-(
