Hi all,
I'm in the Birmingham location today, and an interesting mopar got put out on the yard. It's a '78 monaco, which is a b body. Here's the interesting part: It's a 2 door, with a 400 4 bbl and the COP PACKAGE! It has a 9 1/4 rearend (gears and limited slip status unknown), cop wheels, cop hubcaps (they look like regular dog dishes but with holes in them from the factory) and a 140 (or was it 150?) mph speedo. The hubcaps are all perfect as far as I can see. It even has the power steering fluid cooler on it. I plan to get the wheels/hubcaps and the instrument cluster at a minimum. I really can't see why the car is in the junkyard at this point. I guess it could have a bad motor or trans. What else is rare/valuable that I ought to yank?
