Nice set of 440 aluminum heads here.
She looks like a Potcake pup.Hardest thing this year is figuring out what to get for my dog, the one in the middle. Chews through all her toys except the orbee toys.

Have you actually contacted the State of Alabama and explained your situation to find out if a title can be issued? There's a big difference between "will not" (in the State's titling law) and "can not". As I mentioned in the thread about the car, very few people in GA were aware that it was entirely possible to get a title simply because nobody's ever done it. And there I stood, with a fresh GA title for a "non-titleable" car... and remember, Alabama is sort of Georgia's state joke.A clear a definitive answer from the Canada and USA border services, to the "No title" issue that Alabama has put me in with regards to the Superbee.
I take it you're working a lot more these days. Between work and a gaggle of kids, and it's no surprise your time's already spent. Time I've got, room is another thing entirely.Something old and cool to drive, I don't have time to tinker with anything these days. Hopefully get back to the Valiant in the next couple years.
They're illegal because they blind oncoming drivers....for some reason they are illigal
But its dark longer than many other places, today the sun goes up at 08:45 and down 14:52, i wish i lived closer to the ekvator....They're illegal because they blind oncoming drivers.
It's not any darker there than it is anywhere else in the world at night.
I did contact the department of motor vehicles and spoke with the head of titling and explained my situation and said I was more then willing to pay a one time, over priced issue of a title. Best they said they could do for me is a letter issued on State letter head with the vehicle description, VIN and reg/insurance number(s).Have you actually contacted the State of Alabama and explained your situation to find out if a title can be issued? cow if you need to run it thru my place, and have me convert from bill of sale to title..i don't mind so long as someone foots the bill
I'd think either situation would work for you, however having 69.49998 involved might work out to your advantage, if for no other reason than it could be done in advance of the car's arrival (if it's anything like MI, anyhow). Something like, you pay for the car and he mails the bill of sale and registration to 69.5. He sets about getting the title whilst you head down to pick up the car. By the time you get to his place with the 'Bee in tow, he's got a signed title in hand for you to present at the border.I really appreciate the offer!! If all else fails I will contact you and we can try and figure out how to go about this. And of course I would pay any and all fees pertaining to the titling and registration.

He's not.Another option? Call Peter Klutt at Legendary Motorcar. Seriously. He's got to be an old hand at this sort of thing by now; maybe he'd help a fellow Maple-Leafer turn the pole barn into his own Dream Car Garage. Fun fact: He's a guy, same as you or me. He just happens to have a lot more kickass rides on hand. Then again, he could be an asshole... only one way to find out.![]()
