I too, may be moving!

It really doesn't seem that big. When I came home I realized it really was. This house ( the one I live in now) is 3050 as you put it "under air conditioning"...but it feels a lot smaller coming out of that one!

Then you do not have to worry about finding places to hide from your (non-existant) children! :D

Nah, my mom is just reaching an age (73) where it is harder for her to deal with living at the farm all year, so this way we can accomodate her, and when the weather is nicer she can toddle to and fro between my house and hers.
MM, buying used furniture or using hand me downs is perfect! Nothing to feel bad about there....we all do or did it. hell, we still go "shopping" at my mother in laws.
We are pretty fortunate that we are in a place now, after many years of pinching, that we can do this sort of thing. Makes it much more fun, not having to worry so much! :)

Just razzin' you a bit about the mom thing :D

I don't have a problem buying used furniture, new is just so much nicer :D

Dude, where in Sarnia can you find a house that size?
Elgin Street?
Any room for a semi-retired (really just lazy), broken down, bodyman?
Good for you folks, you deserve it.

I have 720 square feet. Hey, it's just me... and besides: my biggest heat bill ever--during a long spell of sub-zero daytime highs--was $71. :D
