Well.

Just got home.

I wasn't expecting a car show, but it sure did put the icing on the cake. :bravo:

I'm glad you two got to meet and hang for awhile. Having met both of you previously, I guessed that'd be a good time with the two board curmudgeons together (Nodda being the more curmudgeonly of the two :D ).

Nah. I hate to damage his reputation, but though he plays a good game on the interwebs, he's a pretty cheery, laid-back guy in person.

Was a very good couple hours. Too short . Wish we could have spent the whole day.

I've met a few of us now, and I'm always impressed at the quality of people who gather here. Makes me wonder how you all tolerate me. :D

And for the record, in person Doc is not the zero tolerant, smart-ass bastard that he portrays on-line.

Take that, you've been outed pussycat.:bwuhaha:

Actually, yes I am. It just seems worse online because you haven't got the dulcet tones of my voice to soothe you. Believe me, my smart-assery and general bastardry is well known outside the digital world. :D

T-cow approves of this statement....:2thumbs:

I can vouch for that! :D

Yes, I know Doc Jass.

He is most kind and generous.

He is a cup overflowing with

the cream of human goodness.

I have never known him

to do anything immoral.

(*Unless maybe

the Preschooler's Prostitute Ring.*)

And he has never done

anything illegal.

(*Unless you count all the times

he sold dope disguised as a nun.*)

He has always been a good,

law-abiding citizen ...

(*Give me a break!*)

... of the Federation ...

(*Shut up! Shut up!*)

A community-conscious individual.

:toot: :D

I don't think I've met a single MoparNut? I've met several Moparts people and believe it or not, they weren't assholes. Well, most of them weren't.

It would be great to have a bunch of us get together, but it's so difficult with two countries, so many with young kids, people lacking drivers' licenses (OK, that's just me :D ), work...

I was in the U.P. last month, but sadly did not see anything resembling a Jass.

I did see lots of road signs warning me about deer, moose, elk, bear, and Amish. My vacation goal was to see a black bear driving an Amish buggy but it didn't happen. :(

Where in the U.P. were you? I'll cry like a little girl if you made it over this far and didn't take the opportunity to say hello to Stretch or me...

We went to Munising, the kids had never seen Pictured Rocks. Forgot how gorgeous that area really is...
