What program are you guys using...

... to shrink pics? I was using my Photoshop, but it seems to have a glitch, and I cannot find the disc to reload it.
I used something lately, but cannot recall what it was, so maybe you guys can remember it for me? Thanks.

the resize/resample function lets you resample the pic to get rid of graininess and such - works good...

slowview.exe.....love the damn thing..simple highly user friendly ..crop shrink reformat..and will open damn neer anything and is a VERY small exe

This is what I use for all my photo resizing and cropping. It loads many times faster than Photoshop.
