I have the distinct pleasure of coming home every day most of the time to a cloudless, sunny sky, only to sit and look at the new heads sitting in my living room waiting for rocker arms that are on backorder[smilie=l: In an attempt to make myself feel better I am asking the simple question, What is the longest period of time you have waited to install waiting parts on your ride?

Motor done, sitting on floor next to car for 4 months, daughters meds and rising gas prices have all but floored the car money till god knows when.:(

Ive had my line lock sittin in my room for two weeks...impatiently awaiting the shift kit and line-lock to go in....TRACK TIME :xl:

Well I thought everybody knew I had a 69 road runner. Had it for over a year and had the title for almost 6 monthes now so its TIME. Its not super clean like Gios but at this point it might make noise sooner. Ugly but built for speed- just like my G/F.:toot:

Ok, misery loves company i guess. gio, I hope things get better and allow you both time and resources to put the motor in so you can......motor :giggedy:

Can't afford toys, though I do have some software games I bought new that are still in their wrapping paper and require Windows 3.0 or better and 512 kb of RAM to run. :)

I have sway bars, frame connectors, line locks wheel trim sunvisors, valve covers, new wiper motor, chin spoilers, cuda rear trims all waiting for me to get out and do it, Some has been over a year. Thats for the Cuda. I have parts waiting for the Road Runner that will be some time yet too.

In 1980, before I put my R/T in storage, (got married, bought house, got divorced, a few shack-ups, got married, had kids, got divorced) I bought two NOS front fenders. Didn't get them on until 1995.

Hell, its been three years since I tore apart the Dart. I haven't even BOUGHT the toys yet.

Too busy getting other folks' cars done. No money in mine (cheap bastard that owns it won't cough up a dime!).

DCF, wanna tell XL how you got that dash out of your Charger? He is perplexed.
