Trying to locate the following for my 67 Fury 4dr Sedan:
-window fuzzies
-glass channel gaskets/weather stripping
-door weatherstripping
-door bumpers
-under hood bumpers

Also would the fuzzies for a 2dr cut down to fit the 4dr? I know in Southwestern Ontario we have FACCA in London and NOS in Kilworth, anyone know of a company that does 4dr sedans for this stuff?

Thanks

I've got trunk seals what I really need is stuff for the doors, and it seems 4dr sedan stuff is really hard to come by, but it has to be out there somewhere.............

I tried Steele's catalogue, but they do not have any listings, also called Layson's and they don't have the weatherstripping, but are checking on Fuzzies and glass channel. I also have an e-mail and phone call into Beaverton to see if Nigel has anything. There are a couple other places I have checked in the U.S. but nothing so far. Apparently FACCA might have some genaric stuff so I am going to hit there and NOS tomorrow.

Bob, try www.crlaurence.com C.R.Laurence is a major glass supplier and might be able to help you.
Maybe Kanter might even have something generic.

I di have the name of a Chrysler old parts guru, but damned if I can find it now. If I dig it up, I'll pass it along.

Did not see anything in crlaurence, I am going to call Soff Seal tomorrow. Layson's may have the fuzzies and glass channel for me. Are you thinking of that guy up near New Hamburg?

No, the guy I'm thinking about is an American. I've got an email in to a buddy of mine who used him - soon as I hear back, I'll let you know.
Call CR Laurence if you have time. The website might not show all that is available, or they may be able to re-direct you.

I went into N.O.S. Reproductions in Kilworth Hgts(London) this morning and found the body bumper kit. It is for a "B" body but most of the rubbers will fit, might have to grab a couple more door bumpers. I ordered the Headliner and windlace. Picked up the genaric 4' lengths of the fuzzies and will put them in with flat screws.

The weatherstripping and glass channel he is looking for. He had glass channel but it was too small. The weatherstripping is the same as the "B" body, but the wider piece that is on the upper portion of the door near the fender we can't even get close to. So if he can get the other portion of the weatherstripping in bulk then I will use the piece on mine. If I can get it I will let the other "C" body owners know so at least it is a place to start. The other pieces I needed were the hood to cowl moulding and the other one on the firewall. I have found them at Metro Moulded in the U.S.

I still have some stuff that I know National Moparts will have so I am close. Many thanks for the tips and advise from the members.

Nice work! Some pics once you have it all rounded up would be great to wrap up the topic.

Will do on the pics. Actually just got word from U.S. copcar owner that is leading me to another 67 Fury owner who has had Fury Weatherstripping redone. I called and left a message for him so don't know details yet, but may have a supplier..........that's nicer than piecing them together. As of today the Fury is out of the "Take apart" shop and into the paint area. Hood, trunk, doors and front end are off and some panels stripped. Next is to strip off the back and roof. I will get pics tomorrow or more likely Monday..........

Ok here is the info. The place is Restoration Specialties and Supply out of Windber, Penn. 814-467-9842. They do have a website www.restorationspecialties.com The guy I spoke with in Delaware has a 68 Fury 4dr sedan and what he is doing is supplying the company with the weatherstripping from one front door and one rear door of his car and they will do the weatherstripping for him, said it was $150.00 +/- for all 4drs. I am going to call the company tomorrow (Friday) and see what I can do. This same guy told me that he sent them weatherstripping from a 4dr Belvedere and just got them today and they look perfect. Not sure of the turnaround time on them, but if it sounds as good as he says I will order them. Not many companies doing 4dr sedans.

"Now you know the rest of the story"
