Universal Hurst shifter rods & levers

Is your crank machined for the pilot bushing on the 4 speed Shane? Not all cranks are.

Dippy. What do you want for the shifter set up?
 
Why wouldn't the torque converter fit? That make no sense. The torque converter should fit either crank.
 
It doesn't matter. The factory pilot bushing is well out of the way of the converter snout. The 340 in my Charger had a factory pilot bushing in it but the car was an awfulmatic.
