TRIPLET BUNNIES!!!

That would be tough to do. I'll probably sell them back to the pet shop when they're old enough. If I keep all of them, I'll be asking for more of the same (baby bunny) trouble... I may swap one of them with the new kids so I can keep either two males or two females together and I won't have a repeat of this kind of suprise again. [smilie=2:[/quote]

yeah we thought we had 2 female dwarf hamsters too till they started multiplying like stars in the sky. gave all of them to the pet shop except the mom and one of her babies, supposed to be female too. You got it, 5 weeks later and here we go again with another litter, we finally had to give them ALL to the pet shop because even though my daughter cleaned the cage faithfully our house was starting to smell like hamster
at least you are keeping them outside. they will mate again before you know it and bam you will be overrun with bunnies which if your name is Heff is not that bad a deal :hmmm:

Tam already found the two of them (maybe three of them?) new homes. It wouldn't have been as easy if we had a 15 bunny litter to try to find homes for. I really don't want to take that chance next time. Actually, I think I don't want to have to deal with a next time...

[Bob Barker] Remember to help control the pet population folks. Have your pets spayed or neutered[/Bob Barker]:xl:

:bwuhaha: Sorry I couldn't resist.

They're 9 days old today and one of them has his eyes mostly open. The other has started to open them a little but still has a way to go before they are all the way open. I didn't have time to get pics yet as I was out the door on my way to work this morning when I noticed it. I'll get some posted this weekend.

Oh, and Fishy, I already had taken Tater Tot to the vet to get that done in mid January when we started to suspect that Tic Tac might possibly be a She. The vet said he wasn't old enough yet and to bring him back in a month. A month later was already too late. Tic Tac gave birth on the 8th of March and with about a 30 day gestation period, that would mean the deed was done somewhere around the first week of February.

Hmm if a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush,....what's a bunny in the pocket worth?:hmmm: :bwuhaha:
