Property did not flood but power just came back on about an hour ago, so my little generator had a nice long workout, was just filling it up for the night (in the dark garage spillin gas all over myself) & the outside lights came on.
just a couple a drop lights, sump pump & fridge the first day, when the stat dropped below 60 I wired in the boiler, took a few tries to start cause of the iginition (my stove (oven) would not work, flame sensor wouldnot close )I guess bad grounding with the generator or some such, anyway sat eve I hooked up the tv & dvd & we watched movies all weekend.
Well besides that I had a leak in the pipe above the dining rm(office) ceilig so that took till 2pm on fri, just before the power went out so now there's a 4'x5' piece of sheet rock missing!
On the good side I took my seats down to paterson to be recovered & am ordering the other interion stuff, so it's on for this spring, try & get ther car finished.
On the other bad side, guy in alpine is still a few weeks out from ordering units, you may be back to work before it happens.
So how are you folks out there doin! Rich.

atleast you stayed dry. You guys had it much worse then we did just some heavy rain here
