Looks like it's a good thing I tore this thing down. That'll teach me to skimp on a line bore. Looks like the thrust surface is too tight also, keep in mind this is an automatic car, see PICS:

Yikes. Good thing you found it now before any real carnage could occur. How many passes on that engine?
 
Its easy to do yourself, just lay an insert in 2 and 4 only and use a mag-base dial indicator ay both ends and in the thrush area. If it moves at all its time to think about a new arm. [smilie=e:
