We first saw the joint Tesla/Toyota RAV4 EV at the 2010 LA Auto Show, and since 2,500 electric vehicles were produced and it was discontinued last year as each of the manufacturer’s respective CEOs chose to embark on separate zero-emission endeavours, namely Toyota’s foray into hydrogen-powered vehicles.
