i know a guy with a set of a-body slots.... for sale too.... if someone wants i will try and inquire about them.... but for the love of GOD stay away from the S/S's.....

i shall slap you repeatedly

the small bolt S/S is a damn fine wheel..and is NOT unilug..any unilug wheel generaly scares me...the small bolt ones are such a tight fit there actualy dificult to get all the nuts started..they still make them..but last i knew they offered no offsets......and on an A-body they look like they were made to be there...course the only way you could get me out of my 15x10 full reverse S/S's on the back of my 69 would be to hand me a set of 15x10 slots

red factory drums eh?....i wondered about my 67 fastback haveing red painted drums figured some shmo did it so i did em up in gloss black

you can try and slap me.... but i dont think i'll feel a thing with you slapping the screen.... as for the small bolt pattern S/S's ummmm it doesnt make them any less UGLY! unilug or not those have to be some of the ugliest aftermarket wheels ever made.... i never had the S/S's i had the SST's on an 83 monte.....

I personally like the look of Cragars on alot of different cars...I'll admit there are a few that they don't look right on but not many. Yeah they are as common as the Chev 350 but they look GOOD! Like 69 said...why knock a good thing? Now for the Chev 350's on the other hand... :D

(Slots) That's one style of rim that I really Hate...I'll take a set of Cragar S/S for the real old school look every time...
and Cragar Super Tricks are the Real end all be all old school rim...if you were serious back in the day...that was the rim of choice ...(cracked many a front rim when I ran them)

CRAGARS :dgt: how aboot APPLIANCE thats CHEAP OLD SCHOOL :bwuhaha:

Keystones, Cragar S/S's.... UGLY!!!! How many of you guys still run the S/S's or keystones?

Sign me up for "Old" School.[Hey I'm 51 -nough said]
I still own a pair of 15x3.5 Cragars[now nearly 30 years old][and NO they are not uni-lug ]and I'd still own a pair of 15x10 with n50-15 Formula One Super Stocks to go with the skinnies if some jerk-off hadn't stolen them off the back of my '70 Cuda one dark night[19 years ago now and it still pisses me off:doh: ] and no insurance coverage either due to our cheezy Gov't run insurance here in Saskatchewan[cheap S.O.B.s]. And yes if I had the bread I would not hesitate to buy another set of them for the Rear of my "old school" '68 Dart Coupe. So shoot me,I love em.To this day the only rim I like better is the Weld Superlite 2 s.Let the Damn Ricers have all the 17/18 etc... rims. IMO they'd look like pure CRAP on my Coupe.
Too each his own!

it works for me.

Marv.

S/S's on my Dart!:giggedy: I'll admit ,the SS/Ts were also a good looking wheel.I sent a car to the wreckers on Keystones,so that says what I think of them.:silenced:

keystones pre- steel rim?? I have a set, peeling chrome painted argent and black, slated for the Aspen (fixer upp and sell to a high school kid) wagoon

I was looking for a picture of my Swinger with SuperTricks on it and found these old ones...1976 when I first bought it (my buddy and cousin in the pic) and then 1980 at the track.

you will all thank powers that be that I didn't have a camera of my own until 1988.

Here, here. Wish I had pics of 'em all. Back in '84 my 73 Chaaarger sported at one time 2 slots one S/S and a plain black steely. She was beautifull. :D
