Okay, Stupid Question........

.......what's bigger, KBs or MBs? At first I thought the movie was within the upload limits which says "24.4 KB" for mpeg. I was just looking at the numbers, the movie is 21 MBs! I suspect that it is too large, which is why it won't upload?? Can anyone tell me if there is some way to shrink it to fit, and, if so, how I would go about doing that??.........in layman's terms??

K = kilo = 1,000.

M = mega = 1,000,000.

It sounds like you may have solved your problem, but I figured someone should answer your original question for future reference. :)

Thanks Doc, I do appreciate it, and will store it away for future reference. For some reason, I always thought KB were bigger than MB..........GOD I HATE METRIC!!!!!!!!!! [smilie=2::doh::mad:

Ahh, I never knew there are metric bytes. I guess there are also standard bytes. How many bits are in one of those? I know there are 8 bits in a metric byte.

It has nothing to do with metric... if you're going to give in to hate, do so at the expense of the Latin language from which those prefixes derive. Kilo and Mega were around centuries before someone thought 62MPH sounded more impressive if they called it 100KPH. :D

Metric measurements just happen to use those prefixes, whereas English measurement does not.
