Numerous people have questions why the new minivans are called “Pacifica” rather than “Town & Country.” It turns out that much of the speculation was correct (though some guesses were wrong).

There’s a reason why we have brand names, and I’ll take full ownership for anything that goes wrong and I’ll give credit to anybody who gets it right, so if it doesn’t work, it’s my fault. Let’s just agree on that, There was actually a combination of intents.
