Hi, to all.I am a moparts convert.I am getting sick of all the hyjacking of threads and same people responding to all threads like they know everything.Hope this sight is open and free speaking also but with people that are willing to listen and learn.I have a 70 RR that was restored back to stock 14 years ago.I have been told it was done very close to original.Like everything you learn somethng every day and I love to learn what correct and whats not.I am into stock original cars more than anything but find myself looking more and more to the pro-street stuff.Look forward to talking to people about our love for the hobby.Thanks DOUG
 
You couldn't have found a better site if you really want to be accepted for the way you are. We have restonuts, moddingnuts, customnuts, dragnuts, sillynuts, sicknuts and whatnotnuts here. The common thread between us all is that we are all MOPARNUTS as well. ;)

There aren't many rules here unlike other web boards because we treat each other with respect as adults (most of the time anyway). That's one of the biggest reasons most of us hang around this site, more Mopar, less BS.

Don't worry, if a thread doesn't go south within 3 or 4 posts, is fairly safe here. We have plenty of know it all's here, we just can't find them...


Welcome to the "Dark Side " as the lady put it, sit back and watch it all go to hell from here and kindly post some pics of your RR before XL posts another one of him in a pink teddy and stilettos....

gomo did a good job telling what's what. you won't get any strife about what you want to do with your car. You'll get opinions if you ask for them. You'll get help if and when we can. Hope you enjoy it here.

you cannot have a proper meatloaf sandwich if you are using navy beans. I consulted my little white book and it just isn't done.

Isn't it funny how with all the tight moderation, the place is still full of assholes? It somehow manages to be both fairly heavily censored and still have unchecked hostility, all at the same time! But that's ok, because there won't be a cussword for a kid to see and be harmed by!

I think I had over 4000 posts when I got something fairly mundane whacked for the last time over there. Lawfish suggested that I come here, so I tried it out. I dropped that place like a toilet seat at that point. It used to be cool-I still have a copy/paste of a session where a miscreant was handled by the members rather than being muzzled by the moderators-it was from 2003. You wouldn't believe how much nicer the place was then-you whacked someone who misbehaved, and they'd generally calm the hell on down. They might even turn into a worthwhile member when they grew up some. Now, well, I don't have to tell you what it eventually turned into.

Anyway, welcome to this site. I think you'll find it a VERY refreshing change from the hellhouse.
 
Welcome! We are very laid back, verging on asleep....if you post a serious thread and want it to stay that way, make sure you post it in the appropriate section. Everything goes to hell in Hemi-roids. :)
