New challenger????????????

Okay I'll admit it, I used the 'net this past weekend to see what the dealers around town had in stock. Only 3 in town not truly sold yet, all orange. :hurl:
 
I saw so many at Carlisle, mostly orange, not sure I want one anymore...


Thinkin more of it I may go pick up that 73 carcass I looked at a couple years ago

It still looks mostly the same and in almost the same spot
 
Weird. We were all rootin for the new Chally to be built and then it was and we were happy. Now everyone is sick of em? Is this a case of 'be careful what you wish for'? :wtf::huh: I still like em, then again I've only seen 1 in person. :p
 
I still like them, just not the orange ones. I really did like the "Petty blue"/B5 blue one that was sold on Ebay, minus the stripes though...guess cuz it was the only one there. They did have a few 09's there, not SRT's one was a V6 in a nice dark blue, and a regular R/T in bright red those didn't too bad, it's just the F'N ORANGE I HATE
 
The bad thing that bit Dodge in the ass is the fact that by severely limiting the colors for the first run they actually made us sick of them, even though they are rare as hens teeth. I am sure in '09 with all the different colors and models it will be a bit better.
 
I notice DaHo is the first response on this thread, and can't help wondering what his response would be now that they're unleashed. Last Friday at the Mopar show, there was an orange and a black new Challenger. They were both equally beautiful. My pal Buzz had his GoMango 70 Hemi Challenger parked between them, and it was a great contrast. That showed in great detail how similar, yet vastly different the cars really are.
