GodDAMN, why does everything have to be so freakin heavy? SURELY they could have kept the curb weight down below 4000...I would think 3500 would be doable.

I don't know about you guys, but I still think 42K for that thing is way out of line. What heppened to affordable speed? I guess only rich guys are allowed to have fast cars these days.

so it ends up that the horse power to weight ratio is pretty much identical to my SRT6..... You know its a really cool looking car but for the price difference all I would gain is a smaller bank account. but can not wait to race one!!!! there is not anything yet with a SRT8 on it that can touch my 6. Now I have not got my neighbor talked into getting his Viper out.... I think he knows its a waist of his gas but I just want to see how fast he does pull away......

I like it. It's not perfect - and as others have mentioned it's pretty heavy. I'm not a big ebody fan in the first place, but I still think this is a pretty decent looking car.

Certainly better than that thing they've been calling a Charger for the past few years.

I'd like to see 'em build that "Demon" concept they showed a year or so ago. That thing looked like a fun little car to throw around the streets.

Well it should. It’s the same car. They use the same platform for the 300, charger and now the challenger.

I think Tex's SRT6 is a crossfire....hence the similar P/W ratio.
