Nice site. I have a few mopars 74 RB Dart, 64 Cuda, 88 w150 and just picked up a 2000 Dakota R/T my dream truck. Some of you know me I am the guy that refurbishes only Mopar Distributors on other sites. Looks like a forum I will enjoy.

Cool rides I have had lots of darts, a 66 barracuda, but now I have a sick Dakota, not my dream its a 4 door and SLT but it has towing package so I hope it was survive the 5.7 transplant. Welcome to the site..

Dakota R/T is one of the fastest Mopar trucks, Has the 5.9 mag motor and 3,93 gears from the factory. I chased this truck for ten years before it was sold to me. Just a toy, a fast toy from the factory. Great shape just the clearcoat is peeling badly and through to the primer on a few spots. Just going to lleave it that way.

The cuda is a serious work in progress. Picked it up a few years ago, SIL went to look at it, typical PA issues, but start looking it over, dam thin is 100% origional, no wear at all on the pedal, steering wheel, etc. OD said 5400 on it. Grand ma died and it went to her grandson who is in over his head on it. Be a great survivor except typica PA rot, floors are good. Dam thing stil had the mopar/belts hoses on it. 225 pushbutton leaving it that way rarer than a 273. Could not get 2000 out fast enough. Jumped it and drove it home! Needs the typical QP patches which Laysons has, and a few other things, nothing crazy. Interiour was a mouse home but luckily the wiring is good.

wow a survivor..color me impresssed...we needs to sees it!

ahh that dak, i get it, tho the only dak i would activly chase would be the rare shelby pop top one

My Dakota clearcoat is peeling as well. On the 225, loved ones I have had. Last one was on the banner, in a blue 65 dart. My daughter and I put 50,000 on it and one of us didn't add enough additives to save exhaust valve seats.
