On December 5, Allpar posted an image of a Dodge Charger with a mod top, taken “in the day” by Marc Rozman. An acquaintance reported to Mr. Rozman that his father had brought the car home from work one day, saying it was in the executive garage and that someone had put the top on to test the public response.
