My scores...

I snagged a '74 360 block, ring ridge but little enough that a .030 will clean it up, a stroker crank for the 360 block to get me up to 408ci, a set of KB .030 pistons (summitracing.com/parts/uem-kb356-030/applications) and a single plane intake that was formerly an MPFI deal. I plan on using these along with a MP cam I bought from Doc, P4529346, and a dual feed (not pumper) 750 Holley I have on the shelf. I also picked up a HV oil pump, and a dual roller TC off Craigslist, both in their Summit Racing boxes. Since I have no plans to sell any of this, I'll tell you I have less than $500 in this thus far. One day I might see about reversing the the weld job on the intake, for now I'll run it as is.

You even got the stroker crank in that grand total.....WOW!!! Some very good bartering and horse trading went on to acquire all that.

Yep, it's a stroker, cut .010/.010 and polished per the tag, also looks like some lightening or balancing went into it too. When I gather the rest of my rotating assembly I'll take it in to have it balanced together and have the block done at the same time.

He has a set of heads that are ported, with some good flow numbers, 10* locks and retainers, Ferrea valves, etc. for a good price. Doc advised me on them and let me know with the stated flow numbers they X, J or 308 heads and to get sheets if available. IF he still has them after New Years I will be making another 8 hour round trip to pick them up as well. He did tell me that he bought them from a friend and the car they were in ran low 7's in the 1/8 mile.

Nothing to do with previous scores I acquired Dr Diff axle housing ends and I'll be dropping those with my C body housing to have it narrowed. I thought about doing it myself, but thought better of it for now and will have it done professionally this time. I don't have enough faith in my little welder to get it right.
