Just thought I would give some info on my 63's eng as I dont know if I actually told about it. I have the 426 SuperStock stickers on the v/c as I want it to look like the 426 Max Wedge. It is a .030 over 440 with stock rods and crank. I use KB pistons and 906 heads I ported and added 2.14 and 1.81 valves. It comes out to a pump 93 friendly 10.0 comp. I have the MP .557 cam in it on a 105 centerline. It uses Comp dual valve springs and Isky iron rockers. Holley Street Dominator intake and the 850 DP. I plan to switch to the crossram later. Mallory dist and the MP orange ECU. Hedman 1-3/4 headers and 3" exh I made. I built the tranny witn mostly stock parts and bolt in overrunning clutch. Turb Action reverse manual V/B and a 9.5 Dynamic 4200 flash convertor. She has 4.30's and rides on the stock leaf springs and air shocks for now. I use a tall street tire as I drive 60 mph and go 32 to 45 miles to the track one way. I love the Max Wedge era cars as I feel they are the baddest street leagal Mopar Ma let loose in the muscle car era and I love the 63 Sport Fury the best as I feel it has the best lines and is a good looking car ! Here is a pic of my eng that has run 7.40's in the 1/8 the only time I got it to the track so far which is about 11.70 for the 1/4. I plan to tune it down to at least the 11.50's with this combo. Then later a few years down the road I plan to build an Eddy headed .590 cammed 10 second street driver combo and still drive it to the track !! Ron

Ron, that is an impressive looking setup! How do you keep it so clean??

Thanks for the kind replies. :) This is the Mopar I have always wanted and I will enjoy this car the rest of my life. I cant wait to get the rollbar in it and get back out to the track. :giggedy: Ron
