The Mopar Service Capacity Analyzer, an online tool, was designed to help dealers to “assess, plan and implement changes to the number of technicians, technician hours, stalls and much more.”
As Chrysler brands have grown backand products have become more complex, the need for better trained techs and better equipped dealerships have also grown. Pietro Gorlier said that this year, 1,300 technicians, 700 service advisors, and 500 service bays had been added; the Mopar Service Capacity Analyzer lets dealers forecast theirneeds out to 2018.
