So Beep. Whats the chances of posting similar numbers without a huffer? 451s are known for doing strange things sometimes. You will never launch like blown71 but you might make up for it elswhere. [smilie=e:

Oh don`t say "never" ....My car actually launches kinda soft due to the tight converter and 3.54 gear, i`m not sure what rear gear Beeper has but with the right stuff, he could most certianly "git er done" , one problem withstanding tho...same as me, his car is heavy, as all 71 B-bodys are, not as bad as mine, I have power winders, 6 way seat, and close to 180 pounds of aluminum on top of my motor, but still WAY up there on poundage [smilie=e: ...given some gear, a good converter, suspension and sticky tires..he has good potential.

Big difference is Blown71GTX is just that. It has a blower on it as Beeper's does not but dont worry as Beeper's runs very good. [smilie=e: Ron

knock knock knockin on 11's door. (great song) 12.10 my best so far in hot humid conditions. i know i'tt join the 11 sec club this year. my 60'ers with ET drags are a consistant 1.61.
