Anyone got it? I paid 75% of a shipping job and he disappeared....I hope I can get hold of him. :(
 
I am interested in this information as well. While I'm not in as deep as the boss, I am waiting for a bumper I paid for in October...
 
i'm assuming the phone number listed in his profile doesn't work anymore? I remember a few guys on Moparts not too long ago were looking for him too. :huh:

Y'know - I looked at his profile & somehow missed the # listed there.

I saw those threads on 'Moparts....that's what got me concerned in the first place.

I don't pay too much attention to the dogpiles on Moparts - too many people there that enjoy character assasination whether the subject is guilty or not. It's almost impossible to get to the truth of the situation.

That's why I think it was better to ask here. I would like to get ahold of the guy & make sure he is OK or that something hasn't happened before I make a stink and his name gets dragged though the mud.

That just wouldn't happen at Moparts - the Mob rules. Seems a person is guilty until proven innocent there - and sometimes proving innocence is not enough.
 
yup. Not looking to bash him, we have no idea what is going on with him....just looking for some contact, yah know? Not gonna get anything shipped til the spring anyway. :)
 
Umm XL - if you paid 75% of a shipping job, then that means its still 25% of the total distance away from you. So using that distance as a radius and.......

J./K - Mark's a stand up guy despite the "no good of anyone or anything" mentaility at the other mentioned place.
 
Well the issue is you get yer but out to that last 25% and get digging! Cripes ya take a guy 3/4s of the way there and he still wants a candlelight supper and dancing prior.
 
Not many fans of Mr. Nixon on that particular message board.

I just assumed I had not heard from him because he was on the road. (Might still be the case) So I'm not too excited yet - it's been 3 months, but if the guy is no the road earning a living & out of touch....well that's something I can certainly relate to.

It was a thread on Moparts similar to that one that first got me wondering. So I contacted XL....but as I said earlier, I don't regard Moparts as a reliable source of information when it comes to stuff like this.

Hopefully B Body Bob was wrong....
 
wasn,t he having problems with his truck?engine and tranny troubles/ maybe i am wrong. but there was somthing going on a while ago. remember? i guess you would have to go back and look.. to bad things slow people down and i hope he is ok. i remember him saying he was going to kick dirt in an Arizona yard maybe that is where he is ..
