If it's legit, they'll probably get close to it. Cammers aren't exactly falling out of trees nor were they ever. However, to me it's a doorstop. I mean, what do you do with it? It won't fit into any factory chassis without major modifications. Do you build a gasser and drop it in? Sit on it and hope the value increases? God forbid you break anything on it since they're bastards when it comes to finding parts. From my standpoint, it's as much a display piece as a cutaway Hemi from back then.
 
totaly agreed doc..its a drool worthy engine but at the same time its one of those stick it in a meseum for the world to see
 
Of course, in a '37 Ford 3-window with a high front, Econoline front drop axle with no brakes, period Hurst/Airheart discs in back hidden by Halibrand mags, a Cammer with a blower and a set of headers dumping just outside the frame rails in the back of the front wheel wells would make the one of the coolest gassers ever. :dance:
 
That would be wicked!! I prefer a '33/4 Ford coupe, but a '37 would work.

I like the '37's silhouette better, particularly the roof... the three-window I found earlier was apparently a home-made job with the quarter windows filled.

There's also a 3 window, but I THINK thats only a fiberglass body.
 
The '37 three-window Ford I saw earlier had the headlamp area smoothed into the fenders completely.
