Well, I just spent the morn with him and he seems more of his jolly self....still looks like an octopus, but was in good enough spirits to show me the new game he invented to amuse himself...it comprised of him using his head to bang the primer bulb that was hanging from a drip bag.....what a freak. :D
I told him you were all thinking of him, and that seemed to cheer him up some. :)
Hopefully we will know more soon, and he will be allowed to go home at least..... :helpme:
 
Looks like the post I made yesterday didn't stick for some reason. Well, to recap, I wanted to wish you a full and speedy recovery Orvil. More prayers from Tam and I are on the way.
 
PRAYERS DO HELP-WHY DO I SAY THIS? i went into Renal Failure. and was out for the count i guess- at least that is what the Doctors said. they find it hard to believe that everything went south. they were making calls to the University Hospital for kidney dial-- er -- hook up..they worked hard on me. it is only when i passed water that they still worked hard. the idea is get me to pee and they will look after the rest. that was my job and i didnt know it. i only remember the last couple of days . i really dont remember the first 3 days... so i guess anything can happen.XL come over and fed the dog so ROOFY was in good shape probably didnt miss me anyway. dogs are like that. anybody with food are good. they cut all my meds and kept me out of it . I SAW SOME REALLY WEIRD THINGS LIKE A CLOCK SLIDING ACROSS THE WALL. didnt say it was fun and xl reported what he saw. but he missed this one. time fly wow. they cut me way back on my meds now so i am now going to be monitored which is WHAT I ASK FOR 2 FRIGGIN YEARS AGO.when i see the dr.s you wont need to read it cuase you know how i am feeling. He is a brand-new DR. they had on call that got me. and yes he is i believe muslim. not the kind who dressess like one. he dresses like you and me and not one time did he ever say anything about it. what he did say GOD has given you a good wife. .... and we think he is the new guy who moved in across from XL. and dam this summer if it is him - i will teach him how to shift that car. oh how i hope it is him cause he is good and we never see him dressed in any telltale clothes. he dont care about the wars he cares about sick people . one of the nurses said that if a nurse makes a call and it works he praises you where some of the others ask why he just says did it work then that all that takes good .... he told me that --i do not like to see dead people so i will do whatever it takes and i answered ok i like this - so how thick is the oil and my wife explained to him that i have cars so i was out of it. so here i am. I AM HOME. but tired. big diet change. everything i eat tastes burnt. havent had a smoke now in 4 weeks . they give you stuff to help me breath and when i coughed up stuff my wife thot i ate the garage floor. the whole ordeal is over yet? nope not out of the woods yet. i still go for radiation and a few other things have to get done.. health has now become a reality and at 54 i have a life to live and a VERY STRONG WOMAN TO LOVE. we have 30 years March 18 and i want to be there with her. so it is time for a thorough shakeup. ... -- now something i did figure out when i was in there was iI DO NOT WANT TO BECOME A MEMBER OF THE FLAT EARTH SOCIETY---WHERE THE FIRST TEST IS THE FLAT LINE TEST. so here i am home . THANKS TO ALL AND XL it is nice to have family.GOD BLESS .and i thank GOD for having the right DR,S there cause THEY are GODS hands at work. .... when i feel better i am going back with 2 - 4 in nails and nail that clock down they shouldnt do that to people whos minds are switching hi-powered octane(drugs).... and i have to get my breathing back and a few other things . Glad you're back, buddy.:bravo:

The Dr. is right - you're wife is a sweety and you need to hang around and look after her.
