i trust me i can think of alot of things it would be fun in. but in true fairness thats a hell of a jewel that really deserves to be preserved and displayed
if i were to stick it in something it would have to be a road race prepped body....somehting "old" with modern mustang suspension and brakes ..no new fangled crap just a raw motor with a 6spd behind it capable of carving everything in its path..so it can sing its COMPLETE song

This showed up on BAT too

I didn't see any mention of where it came from originally. I guess at least one owner had more money than driving skills.

There are 3 videos at the auction link. I can't figure out how to link to them directly.

Now you have me thinking about it coming out of a corner winding up……
I watched a youtube vid of Jimmi Johnson manhandling a '63 Galaxie around a road course a few weeks ago.
Not sure if it was a SOHC car or not, but it sure looked like Jimmi was having a blast.

They look like 180° circle-track headers to me. GT40 exhaust would go straight out the back, but neither this nor the cammer would fit in that chassis.

That's one rare-ass Dominator. Think back to the last time you saw one with a choke. The Dominator was jointly developed between Holley and Ford for the Boss 429 in NASCAR. Ford actually made them, not Holley. Only after the demise of big-block NASCAR cars could the general public buy a Dominator from anyone but Ford.
