What took me so long? Dear season. It starts on the 4th of July and runs through mid September on the farm. The D.N.R. gives blocks of crop damage permits so C.M.F. and I spend most of the summer filling these permits out on a buddy’s farm. The last week of season we had about 20 permits left so they issued night permits. That means we could shoot until 11:00 P.M. using a spot light. OH BOY! Is that fun.
