On my way home from Windsor on Thursday I saw a perfect looking Rampage on the 401.

Then, later on, I saw a 69 Monaco on the QEW.

All were Eastbound. For those that don't know, the 401 -> various other highways and roads -> the QEW is the corridor through Ontario from Detroit to NY State.

Weathers been so fine here...20+ C and sunny and warm. Tons of guys getting their cars out this last few days.

We got clobbered with about 5" of snow today. According to the National Whether Service*, it was supposed to rain all day. It rained in the morning, then we had near-blizzard conditions. It did turn back to rain eventually, but we still have more snow than we did.

*Intentionally misspelled, because they don't know whether those clouds are going to produce rain, snow, or maybe just drop frogs on us.

Yup, I saw a few toys out today myself. Of course the fact that I work in a parts store, I saw a few more in my parking lot too. Nothing worth mentioning though.

one stands out to me..67? vette stingray damn neer ground dragging...car shakingly LOUD and DEEP....HUGE buldged hood..like covering a 454 tunneled or something MUCH nastier...as ive not heard that sound from a 454 before...tubbed FULLY cause the wheelie bars barely fit

I know the 'Vette you're talking about. I have a pic of it on FB somewhere. Yeah, it's LOUD! Last I saw it, I could smell the race fuel too.

It's a '69, actually. At least, it looks to be. Only '68-'69 cars used those fenders with the four extractor vents behind the front wheels, and the '68 used white-lensed side-markers with an amber bulb, while '69 & newer had amber sidemarkers using standard clear bulbs.

The '70-'72 cars had grille-style vents at the backs of the fenders. I like the earlier look better. :)

Lot's got their toys out here today too. I took the Chicken out for a spin too, beautiful day here!
