Ok, Anybody want to help decode my tag? :wall:
I'm not versed in the pre 68's. The fender tag matches the radiator support and the vin matches the certicard and window sticker. I guess the sequence number is on the fender tag?

You already know how to decode VIN numbers I assume so I'll start one line above that, left to right, bottom to top.

4: 3.23 ratio axle
8: Sure-grip
P6W: Premium vinyl buckets, white & black trim
MM1: Turbine Bronze Metallic
B: Black upper door paint
B: Horizontal accent tripe - black
1: 2 watt AM Radio - Music Master
2: Tinted glass - windshield only
1: Convertible top - black
5: Center front seat w/ folding armrest
4: Bucket seats
0: Belt line moulding
7: Hood/fender-mounted turn signal indicators
1: Sold car/expedite

Apparentyl! :hmmm: Is that just a pinstripe up top? :wtf: Geez, now I gotta find pics of Satellites with the stripes![smilie=p: It needs the silver put on under the side trim too.

Ok, here's a bad pic of a 30 year old scanned slide of my first car, 67 Satellite.[smilie=2:

It has the pinstripe on the top of the body. Don't mind the smashed door!!:doubt:
