Hi all,

I need two things I thought I'd never have trouble laying my hands on-a big block truck oil pickup tube (not the pan and dipstick, already have those) and a 360 passenger car pan and pickup tube.

It's amazing how I can't find either of these things locally when I'm looking for them, but I'm tripping over them before I get rid of them when I don't yet need them. Anybody got any of this they'll sell me?
 
Sorry, man... it's the truth. I have exactly the opposite of what you need, and found it kind of a humorous situation.

I know where what you need lies, but God knows when I can get there next. :doh:
 
Oh, no problem Pierre, I was laughing when I typed that. It IS funny. I'll find what I need eventually.
 
If you end up being stuck buying any of this new, keep in mind that the small block pan is considerably less money when purchased as a package (Pan, Pickup & dipstick/tube) from Mopar Perfomance than the pan alone is through the Chrysler regular parts system.

The MP part number is: P5249059

Now - back to my tequila.....

Well, get on it! :D For me, it's a four-plus-hour round trip, not counting time pulling parts in the yard.
 
its a 2 hour round trip but lil bro said i need to head out there for something anyway.....if there cheep ill grab em if there still there
 
I have a big block truck pickup, it's bent at the threads and scares me. If it were to crack in that area and start sucking air, well, that would suck.

It's the reason I didn't send it along with the other stuff to Bill...and promised..... to find a replace..ment... oops, I'll shut up now although statutes of limitations have almost run out.

We took a p/c 360 apart for my brother's pickup, should have those somewhere too. That was 1990 something.

Busy today, but will look around tomorrow unless you find the stuff sooner.
