Happened to me before too but I didn't get suspended, only scolded.

I couldn't be sure if it was a shill bidder I contacted or if one of them just confronted the guy and he figured out who to blame it on.

Surprisingly enough, eBay Live help is pretty fair. You get on a one-on-one chat with an eBay rep. I explained what happened and she brought my account back online [smilie=e:
