Good call, too. Sometimes it's hard to make the move, but that sounds like a great deal for you - relative to the old place.

Too many people forget to account for the benefits package...

It's important and has real value. Plus, it can work the other way.
When my wife was interviewing for a job, I told her to ask for more wage due to the fact that she wouldn't take advantage of the benefits package - she got more $$!
