Da-ho
not even
OK, Ive been driving past this early charger all summer with a for sale sign in the window and finally decided to stop and introduce myself and see if he wanted to do some parts swapping. Now I know theres quite a few of us here that do top notch work but this semi retired farmer puts the bar at the highest notch available. His favorite is the 69 GTX which is mine also. The back shed has quite a few that have been rotisseried and are waiting parts and or time to finish. 6 road runners, one with a modded hemi of course and 2 verts. One 70 440 six pak super bee. 3 GTXs, a couple 70s but mostly 67 through 70 model yrs. I peeked up the stairs and the attic is STUFFED with door panels and glass, you name it. He says his wife whines some when he drags in another one but is understanding. And posters and memrabiliia? Stuff Ive never seen before. The early charger has a 67 440 with 906s and Ill be damned if I forgot to ask how much he wanted for it I was drooling so bad. I didnt ask for permission to post it but I got his card so heres the whereabouts. I did have enough presence of mind to thank him for keeping the legend alive.
