HOLY CRAP!! look at this ad

That is a super deal, too bad you have to buy the blower to bolt to it, and the pulleys, and carbs, and linkage, and the fuel lines, and belt, and scoop, plus all the other brackets. Not to mention having a motor built to blower specs.

A $175 deal just became $2000 to $3000. :( .....if you're lucky.

It costs a lot of money to convert a junkyard blower to gasoline use, and it looks like that one's for a small supercharger like a 4-71.

It also looks suspiciously like a conversion to me.

The choke well didn't even register. I showed the picture to my dog, and she started whining. I said, "You're right, Valentine... those runners do look quite long for a factory blower intake." The choke well only proves her to be correct.

even if its fabbed...ive never seen that intake...its humped up around the dizzy they are useualy flat

Or you could fab a carb base plate, run 2 x 4's and tell everyone it's a custom built tunnel ram. :bwuhaha:

as far as everything i have read ... edelbrock never made a blower manifold for the la engines... so i would assume its a custom made piece.

My MPFI intake is custom-made as well... but it's a lot easier to make injector bungs look like they were born there.
