Ya know what's funny? They sign up to the Newsletter e-mail list when they register.
In doing so, they gave me permission to e-mail them.

If only I could be sure that the e-mail addresses were actually being used...
They might be real, but they might ignored and just used as a drop for nefarious activity.

It's too bad. It could almost be fun, but I don't want to screw with my mailer account either.

Yep.

I get an email whenever someone signs up and joins the newsletter mailing list.

That's the trigger for me to go check on the new signups.

This is the first time that we've had a bunch signup in a short period of time and hit the blogs right away.

They usually sign up and then wait for a while before showing their hand.
I have been deleting them before they come back to do their chit.

I've just been busy this week. So they had a bigger window to work in, but they jumped to action sooner than usual.

Well, I know you're a busy guy which is why I pointed it out.

As far as the rule... I'm not as dumb as my dog looks. It just seemed a reasonable qualification, and those who don't participate have no more right to blog than they do to the other.
