I think it'd be a great thing to replicate - just about anywhere.
Now, if only I knew someone that has experience with real estate and developing property... :hmmm: Anyone know anyone like that? :D

About the only thing that's a bit unnerving is that as soons as you have that type of "collective" or co-op type of environment, there's got to be rules.
Rules are fine if they make sense, but I could see it getting stupid real quick.

That's what a collector car community looks like? I kind of expected, more than 3 houses, a tennis court and a four car garage/clubhouse. Those pictures made me hear birds and crickets not big block motors with loping cams thundering down the roads. I'm guessing what they mean is that you get a warning for your first burn out and a stern letter on your second, oh and they might let you park your "collector" car outside one night a week as long as it's covered.

How about a muscle car community, complete with dirt oval, drag strip, Snap On and Mac mailboxes, diamond plate front doors, flames painted on stop signs, pin stripped road sins, black cross walks that look like posi tracks in the intersections?

:giggedy: I like the way you think!:bravo:

We had one getting built just south of me but that fell through the pull there was unlimited access to the race track.
More for the rich to play with sports car IMHO but it just fell through.

what if Jamie moved in? we would need seriously big back yards! :D
>>>>>>>>>what if i moved in.. NOW we would have fun. i need about a acre. or something that would make a nice try-out track....anyway the shop would go in first with an apt. in it. then take it from there. yup would be fun....:bwuhaha: what do you think? any takers?---ORVIL

We would have to make it Mopar/AMC exclusive :giggedy:
Lets not forget about a mudpit for the Jeep. :shifty: :toot:Hey it's a Mopar product too! [smilie=i: And it was formerly part of AMC or had something to do with AMC...:hmmm:

Heeeeyyyy now, I know Jeep is a Mopar product [smilie=i:

I have a buddy that has NEVER owned anything but Mopar products, and now he swears by Jeeps, he presently owns a lifted Liberty, and before that he had an '18 power Grand with a 3" lift and duals...:vroom:

We set that on fire installing the exhaust....shoulda put the lift on first is all I have to say [smilie=d:

I guess we'd need a dedicated fire dept. too for the happy little carmune.

Carmune: Kar moon N a community of carnuts,

Two.

One for the community at large and one on 24/7 standby for welding jobs in xl's garage.

I thought you said he owned a Jeep! :bwuhaha::bwuhaha:
I went with him a couple times, it's no CJ or anything, but it did ok, at least Damn-Ler made it a rwd vehicle and adding the front for the 4wd, unlike ALL the other crap of the same size which is based on cars, and fwd.
