Freeze Your Nuts Off........

I was fired up when I first heard of this type of product. CRC introduced their version a couple of years back, called Freeze Off. We've actually had a store brand (Parts Master) equivalent for maybe six months less.

We gave 'em to the salesmen, showed them how to demo the products, and they took 'em into the field. Consensus? Apparently, the product developers all lived in the South and don't know what a truly-rusted bolt even looks like, much less what it takes to remove one.

We can't give the stuff away. Customers stuck with the tried-and-true: PB Blaster, AeroKroil/Kroil, SeaFoam's Deep Creep, and Thrust. In about 2-1/2 years, I have never sold a can of either of the ones we carry.

i absolutely LOVE PB Blaster..... its the best break loose spray i've ever used.....

Okay Jass, good to know, thanks. :shifty:

speak of the devil.. "CRC"

paid too much at the local hardware store but this is the bees knees. after trying various products on my electronic speed sensor this is the only thing that worked long term. It also came in handy on the coil connector when da nasty wouldn't start.

It's got a "number" ;Crc something, I'd check but it's outside now:(

no, it's not that nasty alcohol based junk that dries and corrodes, this leaves a residue of dielectric something or the other. It's food safe too so one can continue to warm pizzas on the manifold. :)

Thankf or the link boot...I've been looking for a good product like that for some time....:2thumbs:

Ohhh and PB Blaster is the phashizzle......:giggedy:

CRC's QD Electronics Cleaner is the absolute mack daddy product of its type which I've used. It's safe for any kind of circuitry--printed circuits, plastics, etc. The most-commonly-found size (16oz) is part number 05102.

This product is, quite literally, the sole reason the Motoroila still works.

I buy CRC Brakleen and QD Electronics Cleaner in bulk. Those two products simply WORK. If it's rusted up I go straight for Kroil. If somebody brings me anything with electrical gremlins the first thing I do is get the QD and a scrub brush and clean every connection first. If that doesn't work I say the h*ll with it and burn it to the ground...
