The United States is now showingtechnical service bulletins (TSBs) for free. Users mustgo to a search pageand pickthe car from dropdown menus, ignoring other buttons. The search will bring up a list of recalls first, with four tabs on the top — recalls, investigations, complaints, and “manufacturer communications.” The latter includes the TSBs, and clicking on it reveals a longer list.
