It seems that FCA CEO Mike Manley wants some new blood in the executive suite. Defying Sergio Marchionne’s practice of promoting from within, Manley has appointed Mark Stewart to be the chief operating officer (COO) of FCA in North America. That’s Manley’s own prior job.
