Fiat Chrysler Automobiles’ American unit, FCA US LLC, issued a statement late yesterday opposing Michigan’s proposed Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA).
The legislation, which has already cleared the Michigan House of Representatives, allows citizens to challenge laws that conflict with “sincerely held religious beliefs.”
In its statement the company said:
