F1: Graham Watson becomes Toro Rosso's team manager

Scuderia Toro Rosso Formula 1 team announced Tuesday the arrival of Briton Graham Watson as the replacement for Steve Nielsen, who has moved to Williams-Mercedes.

Watson will be the team's new team manager and joins the Faenza-based team from Caterham.

Watson has been working in motorsport since 1989 when he joined the Ford World Rally Team as a mechanic.

He stayed in rallying until 1994 when he moved to move to the single seaters with Paul Stewart Racing in Formula 3000 before moving on up the ladder to join the Benetton F1 Team in 1996.

Watson then worked for BAR-Honda, Honda F1, Brawn F1 and then Caterham.
