DTM officials publish 2015 series' calendar

The 2015 DTM calendar is made of nine race weekends, with two races to be contested each weekend - one on Saturday and one on Sunday.

“We know that many DTM fans were keen on two races per weekend as every additional race minute promises additional excitement and action,” explains ITR Chairman Hans Werner Aufrecht.

“Now we responded to this desire and we are going to announce the details in the coming weeks.”

The bulk of the events will showcase the DTM series alongside the FIA Formula 3 European Championship, Porsche Carrera Cup Germany and the all new Audi Sport TT Cup.

The season will be kicked of on the first weekend in May, at the Hockenheimring. The series will also travel to the Netherlands, Austria and Russia.
