The Jeep Yuntu Concept has officially been shown atthe 2017 Shanghai Auto Show. The interior uses design cues from past Chrysler concepts, including the 200C, with an exterior that seems to draw from both the Jeep K8 and competing SUVs.
The car has a plug-in-hybrid powertrain, no longer far-fetched since the Pacifica Hybrid started production. Yuntu translates literally as “cloud map,” though computer translation shows Yun tu (separate words) as “morning sickness.” The pronunciation is different.
