Mopar has updated its repair policy for nine-speed automatics on the Jeep Cherokee, making it consistent with the policy for most other FCA transmissions. Dealers now need to geta pre-authorization before replacingtransmissions on all 2014 Jeep Cherokees, and 2015 Cherokee V6 SUVs built through March 3, 2015.
