Thinking unclean thoughts and
I got this in an email, sounds reasonable. I don't know nothing about cooking, I can't even open a can unless it has a pop top.

. .Okay, this is just wrong--especially if you are on a diet; but if you need a quick Chocolate Cake fix, this just might do it. .5 MINUTE CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE
4 tablespoons Cake Flour (that's plain flour, not self-raising)
4 tablespoons Sugar
2 tablespoons Baking Cocoa
1 Egg
3 tablespoons Milk
3 tablespoons Olive Oil (Extra Virgin Light)
3 tablespoons Chocolate Chips (optional)
1 small splash of Vanilla Essence
1 Coffee Mug or Soup Mug
ADD Dry Ingredients to Mug, and MIX well.
Add the EGG and MIX thoroughly.
POUR in the MILK and OIL and MIX well.
ADD the Chocolate Chips (if using) and Vanilla Essence, and MIX again.
Put your MUG in the Microwave and COOK for 3 minutes at 1000 watts.
THE CAKE will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed!
Allowto COOL a little, and tip out onto a plate if desired.
EAT! --(this can serve 2 if you want to feel slightly more virtuous. >.

.And WHY is this the most dangerous cake recipe in the> world?
BECAUSE now we are all only 5 minutes away fromChocolate Cake at any time of the day or night

If my daughter found that, it's all she would eat.

Got this one myself in an e-mail this week, and you can damn sure bet I intend to try it! Sounds yummy, and oh so simple.........I love simple.
:giggedy:

Well I finaly made this today...well it's bit bigger then a mug, you really need a small cereal bowl for this, unless you have a big beer tankard....;)

But otherwise it was not bad, the Cocoa I had was a few years old and not the best and I only had semi sweet chocolate chips and I forgot the vanilla extract, but all in all it turned out good and did not taste bad....perhaps with some better ingredients and then chilled and cake frosting and it would have been..... :2thumbs:
