Former Nissan chairman Carlos Ghosn had been planning to remove Nissan CEO Hiroto Saikawa prior to his own arrest for financial misconduct. The Wall Street Journal cites two sources close to the matter who say that Ghosn had intended to speak with the Nissan board about a management shuffle.
