Unless Wilwood started making a cable-actuated setup of which I'm not aware, no... the cylinder itself must be in perfect line with the pedal, no matter where you put the reservoir. You might be able to get away with a minor offset in the pushrod like they did with the Hemi A-body brakes, but the cylinder will wear out more quickly due to side loading, just like it did in those cars' brakes.
